Specialist Bidding & Contract (SPC)
Jakarta Raya - (Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO – Jakarta Office)
Responsibilities:
Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore
Under Supply Chain Department – Procurement Sub Department
Perform operational and administrative support in the procurement process of goods and services for the assigned department(s) at Jakarta or Gresik which value is up to USD 20,000, in order to ensure its compliance with BP MIGAS and other related regulations as well as support company’s operations run safely, effectively, and efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Engineering or other related discipline
Minimum 5 years related experience in Procurement, preferably in oil & gas industry
Advance technical skill:
Procurement Process & Administration
Related Government Regulation
Good command in English; speaking & written
Good computer standard skill
Able to perform decision making, problem solving, and able to work in team
Achievement and strategic oriented
