Central Payment Support Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Complaint resolution process and the branches / clients on transactions that occurred in the Central Payment Operations (transaction outgoing / incoming foreign exchange and rupee transfers, SWIFT, RTGS, SKN, Clearing, Tax, Payroll CMS)
Provide information to the branch / unit in connection with transactions other Central Payment Operations.
Receive and follow up inquiry from receiving Bank / Bank branch correspondent to transfer foreign currency transactions / dollars is problematic.
Investigate the transaction outgoing / incoming transfer the troubled rupiah currency and through media SWIFT / RTGS / SKN and other telecommunications media.
Provide the necessary data and reports relating to operational Central Payment Operations.
Reconciliation of data and transactions in the Central Payment Operations.
Requirements:
Male, min S1 education (preferably Accounting, Management, Information Engineering), GPA min 2.75.
Max age 35 years.
Min 1 year experience.
Have good analytical skills.
Able to operate MS Excel
Last Performance Appraisal value of at least "GOOD"
Can work in a team, dynamic, persuasive, have good interpersonal and communication.
Integrity and have a "service orientation" is good.
Thorough, diligent and able to work with the target time and the results are determined.
