Performance Management Supervisor

Requirements:

•      Men and women aged up to 30 years
•      Have the educational background of at least S1 majoring in Economics, Computer Science and Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 2.75
•      Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field, preferably in the banking industry
•      Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, SQL and data processing
•      Able to work under pressure and tight dead line
•      Able to work with team
