Sub Branch Manager
Nganjuk, Ngawi, Magetan, Lumajang, Probolinggo
Jawa Timur
Responsibilities:
- Leading Sub Branch accordance with the mission and the guidelines and directives outlined the company's Board of Directors, and / or management offices.
- Take the initiative and learn-program program to increase profitability while lowering the cost elements
- Develop and execute business plans and marketing
- Advocate the inclusion of financial resources in the form of savings, current accounts, deposits and other forms dalamporsi-best servings
- Responsible for supervision of all office activities Sub Branch
- Coordinate with the branch manager in the regions of work in the context of their duties as responsible Sub Branch
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Managers/ Head Marketing specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
- Male or female, age max. 45 years old
- Have a good analitycal thinking and problem solving skills
- Have a strong marketing, leadership & excellent interpersonal skill
- Have the ability to undertake heavy workload & responsible in achieving sub branch target and maintain service quality and operation the sub branch
- Have a brief general syariah banking
