Recruitment Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Perform data collection and storage of Application-job application into the Company
- Doing advertising in mass media / Web site and make a notice of need for labor / employment to the local community
- Perform selection on resume and call for written test / psychological test and interviews of prospective employees
- Sending employees to Medical Check Up
- Coordinate with leaders in the test OU and Advanced intervirew
- Provide an explanation for the rights and facilities for New Employees
- Load data of the new employee to get his NIK NIK and remove employees when there are reports out
- Monitoring Employees on probation and the probation office
- Make analisa labor requirements and advise on sources of labor and Institutions to meet workforce needs
