In general, we produce two kinds of Epson printers: Ink-Jet dan SIDM (Serial Impact Dot Matrix) Printers, with its various models. Our production capacity is more than 1 million printers in a month ; most of all are for export market. During peak season more than 10,000 employees work in this factory.

Responsibilities:

Handle recuitment process in company

Identify and maintain regular contact with external sources or recruitment agencies / consultant

Monitoring and updating employee requesition and man power planning, coordinating with related department

Handle and maintain all document from recruitment - administration process

Handle permanency presentation and evaluation process

Updating recruitment procedure and improving recruitment process for effectiveness

Requirements:

Holding Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering

Having minimum 1 - 3 years experience in HRD especially recruitment and preferable within manufacturing company

Fresh graduate with excellent resume are welcome to apply

Conversant in English and computer literate

Good communication, able to work independently or as team player, good leadership & negotiation skills

Work placement in Cikarang
