- Education S1 or S2 field Architect or Civil Engineering
- Maximum age 45 years
- Mastering the technical development of the banking office building
- Mastering project management system including project management, project cost analysis, scheduling and quality management
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of project management, preferably in the banking industry / finance
- Understanding the rules and policies of internal / external building related, especially those who understand the provisions / regulations on asset management / building in the banking sector
- Having good analytical skills, communication skills and negotiation skills as well as be able to develop and maintain a network with good
- Able to work hard with good teamwork in a high pressure environment.
