2. BRANCH MANAGER (BM)
- Responsible for achieving branch targets and the quality of service
and branch operations
- Minimal S1
- Experience as Branch Manager / Banking Capem at least 3 years
- Having experience in the field of credit is an added value
- Willing to targeted and has an extensive network
- Willing to be placed diarea Mega Bank's business in all regions of Indonesia

3. Deputy Lending MARKETING MANAGER (DMLM)
- Minimal S1
- Maximum Age 37 years
- Experience as a Team Leader in Banking Lending a minimum of 3 years
- Willing to targeted and has an extensive network
- Mastering lending (commercial & consumer)
- Willing to be placed diarea Mega Bank's business in Greater Jakarta, Dumai, Batam, Riau Ujungbatu,
Dorsal Pekanbaru, Siantar, Manado, Cikampek, Sibolga

4. APPRAISAL
- Minimal S1
- Experience in Appraisal min. 1 year
- Age max. 32 years.
- Have the ability to operate a computer.

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS) and Teller (TL)
- Education minimal D3
- Maximum Age 26 years
- Attract a disproportionate appearance, have good communication skills

6. BACK OFFICE (BO)
- Education minimal D3
- Maximum Age 26 years
- Accounting background preferred, and has served a good soul

7. Funding Officer (FO)
- Education minimal D3
- Has an extensive network and relationships to sell banking products

8. BUSINESS CARD OFFICER (CBO)
- Education minimal D3
- Experience in marketing credit cards
- Having a customer base and extensive relationships

9. OPERATION COORDINATOR (OC)
- Minimal S1
- Maximum Age 37 years
- Experience as an Operations Coordinator at least 4 years of banking
- Mastering the banking operations and accounting

10. LEGAL OFFICER (LO)
- S1 Education majoring in Law
- Have at least 1 year work experience, particularly in the areas of Legal
- Understand the legal aspects of banking business and the problem
- Strong interpersonal and communication

11. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (IT)
- Having experience in the field of information technology at least 2 years in banking
- Minimum D3 majoring in computer / technical information
- Web programming, Java, PHP, Concepts Datawarehouse (ETL, BI / Business Intellegence)
- Min Certificate CCNA (Network), Linux
- Information Security Issues, SDLC Concept & Implementation
