QA - QC Supervisor
Jawa Barat - Kawasan Industri MM2100-Cibitung
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all product meet latest quality & safety standart due to customer need & regulation
- Monitoring all quality performance such as ; quality, delivery, efficiency , production & laboratory test, final inspection product, incoming product.
- Work & support new product development or launch process.
- Provide pro active support in sourcing supplier or product in all aspect of quality, safety & efficiency.
- Provide technical support for other Dept ( Production, Engineering, marketing ) in all aspect of quality, safety & efficiency
- Implement best practice & process across all Dept to ensure that brand quality standart & values are maintain & improved.
- Develop & drive the implementation of global standart operating of quality efficiency & effectiveness.
- Establish periodic report about all aspect of quality issue to other related dept & analyze in order to make continous improvement
- Trained all staff member & related dept about all aspect of quality issue in order to make continous improvement.
Requirements:
- Technical degree from reputable university ( chemical engineering is must ).
- Having good knowledge in Plastic polymer material , master batch or Ink development would be an advantage.
- Having knowledge in EU Toy Regulation would be very good advantage.
- Having experience in ISO and TQM
- Having experience in stationary industries is preferred.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Good communication skill
- Familiar in Lab Testing, Product Inspection, IPC, SPC, Pre Product Review, Specification & component evaluation.
- Having high resolution of quality & safety issue.
- Ability to lead quality improvement in all related quality issue , defective retur, customer compliance, recall, etc.
- Applicants must be willing to work in (Kawasan Industri MM2100).
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
