The objectives of this program are to raise employer image and to get talented students to be Danoner. The country winner of this game will go to Paris and compete with other countries.
In 2010, Danone Indonesia with all CBU ( Country Business Unit) make Management Trainee STAR (MT STAR): Sari Husada, Nutricia, Nutricia Medical Nutrition, Aqua and Danone Dairy). We made road show in many reputable universities in Indonesia. In 2011, Danone Indonesia integrate Trust by Danone with MT STAR. It is 2 days activities. In the first day, the students will have top management presentation and you have an opportunity to discuss with Danone managers about career opportunities in Danone. Also, how to get trip to Paris by playing business game Trust by Danone
Young talent hunt of Danone Indonesia. We recruit and develop dynamic, dedicated, and responsive fresh grauates in many universities all over Indonesia. They will be Danone MT STAR ( Management Trainee Sari Husada, NUtricia, Aqua and Danone Dairy Indonesia) for one year, in the future, about 3 years or less they will be in managerial level.
Requirements :
Graduated from leading university : from any discipline with GPA min 3.00 (scale of 4)
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Gain some competition achievements or award (local/national/international)
Strong leadership as proved in organizational activities involvement
Excited to be assigned to Danone sites all over Indonesia
