In general, we produce two kinds of Epson printers: Ink-Jet dan SIDM (Serial Impact Dot Matrix) Printers, with its various models. Our production capacity is more than 10 million printers in a year; most of all are for export market. During peak season more than 13,000 employees work in this factory.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Japanese.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Organizational Development/Change Management.
